RunFirst Terms of Service
Effective Date: April 25, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RunFirst platform operated by Global Link LLC ("RunFirst," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing runfirst.co or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our platform.
1. About RunFirst
RunFirst is a business operating platform that provides entrepreneurs ("Operators") with structured service businesses to operate within defined territories. RunFirst provides the platform, systems, and structure. Operators are responsible for executing and managing their business operations independently. RunFirst makes no representations regarding the availability of customer requests in any specific territory at any specific time.
2. Operator Relationship
Operators using the RunFirst platform are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of Global Link LLC. RunFirst does not control the day-to-day operations of any operator's business. Operators are solely responsible for:
Compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations
Obtaining all required licenses, permits, and insurance for their business and territory
The quality of services delivered to customers
All federal, state, and local taxes arising from their independent business activities including self-employment tax. Global Link LLC will not issue W-2 forms to operators
All obligations arising from their classification as independent contractors under applicable law
3. Licensing Requirements
Certain businesses available on the RunFirst platform may require specific licensing or certification to operate legally in your state or jurisdiction. It is the Operator's sole responsibility to verify and obtain all required licenses before operating. RunFirst does not represent or warrant that any business can be operated without licensing in your area. Operators who operate without required licenses do so at their own risk and are solely liable for any resulting penalties, fines, or legal consequences.
4. 72-Hour Trial
The 72-hour trial ($49) grants access to the RunFirst platform and business structure for a limited evaluation period. The trial fee is non-refundable. By completing the trial purchase you acknowledge and agree that the $49 fee is non-refundable and waive any right to dispute or chargeback this charge except in cases of unauthorized use of your payment method. RunFirst does not guarantee any specific number of customer requests or revenue during or after the trial period. Results depend on market demand, operator activity, and territory conditions.
5. Monthly Operator Plan
The monthly operator plan ($99/month) provides continued access to the RunFirst platform after the trial period. This plan is billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months. All sales are final.
6. Territory Access
Territory access ($499 one-time) grants an Operator a defined geographic area within the RunFirst network. Territory rights are subject to the Operator maintaining an active operator plan. Operators who fail to respond to customer requests, log job activity, or engage with the RunFirst platform for 30 consecutive days may have their territory reassigned to another operator at RunFirst's sole discretion. RunFirst reserves the right to reassign or reclaim territories in cases of operator inactivity, non-compliance, or violation of these Terms. The $499 territory fee is non-refundable.
7. No Guarantee of Results
RunFirst does not guarantee any specific financial outcome, customer volume, revenue, or business success. The platform provides structure and access. Results depend entirely on the Operator's effort, market conditions, and business execution. RunFirst makes no representations regarding the availability of customer requests in any specific territory at any specific time.
8. Operator Conduct
Operators agree to:
Represent the RunFirst brand professionally at all times
Respond to customer requests promptly and within required timeframes as outlined in the RunFirst Operator Agreement
Log all job activity through the RunFirst system regardless of lead source
Not misrepresent their qualifications, licensing, or capabilities to customers
Not share, resell, or transfer RunFirst systems, SOPs, or proprietary materials
Not operate a competing platform using RunFirst methodologies, systems, or materials
9. Intellectual Property
All RunFirst systems, SOPs, playbooks, brand materials, and platform content are the exclusive property of Global Link LLC. Operators are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for the purpose of operating their RunFirst business. This license terminates immediately upon cancellation or termination of the operator's plan. Upon termination, Operator agrees to immediately cease use of and destroy all RunFirst proprietary materials in their possession. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of RunFirst materials is prohibited and may result in legal action.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Link LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the RunFirst platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of business, property damage, or personal injury resulting from operator activities. RunFirst's total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by the Operator in the 30 days preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Link LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the RunFirst platform, your business operations, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the RunFirst platform, the parties agree to the following resolution process:
Step 1 — Direct Resolution: The parties will first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting info@runfirst.co. RunFirst will respond within 15 business days.
Step 2 — Mediation: If direct resolution fails, the parties agree to participate in good-faith mediation before a mutually agreed mediator. The cost of mediation shall be shared equally.
Step 3 — Binding Arbitration: If mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Maryland or virtually by mutual agreement. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
13. Termination
RunFirst reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Operator's access to the platform at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, operator inactivity, or conduct that harms the RunFirst brand or its customers. Operators may cancel their plan at any time. No refunds will be issued upon termination for cause.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not resolved through the process outlined in Section 12 shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Maryland. Note: The governing law designation is subject to legal review and confirmation.
15. Changes to These Terms
RunFirst reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. RunFirst will notify operators of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy available at runfirst.co/privacy-policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Global Link LLC regarding your use of the RunFirst platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
